The receptionist is always very nice. She always calls you the day before your appointment to remind you. Adam is a true professional. He answers your questions with a good explanation. He programs your hearing aids. Cleans them and changes the rubber piece that goes in your ear. Today I told him I have a difficult time hearing my wife and he made an adjustment for that.
